All we recommend is you have a specific space in mind that can fit all of your guests. All we possibly require is tables and chairs in the space where we can setup the paint party. Keeping in mind the size of your party, allow room for your guests to have a good time.
We come to you. There are Two options.
One being the location of your own home, or two using a third party vendor.
However we do ask that with all private locations and vendors you ensure it aligns with their policy and consult them prior to booking. If their are any issues, feel free to contact us.
Adored Paint parties takes on our responsibility of hosting paint parties very seriously, especially when using a vendors location.
In the event that Adored Paint Parties is found to have damaged the vendors location during the process of a party, we take full responsibility in the event of damage to a property, which can be found in our Terms and Conditions here.
However Adored Paint Parties does not take responsibility for individual damage to a property.

Adored paint parties covers all the equipment needed for a party. From brushes, to paint to vases, everything is included in the costs.

When making the booking please indicate the option 'pay in person' and notify your guests. Guests can pay on the day of the party.
These options are best for 'Standard paint parties' or a small girls night in.

Unless the host has informed individuals they are required to pay for their own way, in which case the host should notify you before the event, you should not need to bring anything.
For most parties like Hens Parties, and Baby showers it is likely that the host will pay for the full amount of their guests as you are a guest, however if the host has informed their guests that this is a 'self -paying event' then you will be required to pay.

Ultimately, if you are inviting people to your event and you are putting the event on, we suggest that the host pays for the event.
However there can also be options for individuals to pay on the day. All we ask, is that you provide this information to your guests and communicate this prior to the event and upon arrival.

If you are late to an event, depending on the time you may still be able to complete or attend the class.
However, due to time restrictions Adored Paint Parties cannot guarantee your ability to participate if you are late.

We love outdoor settings at the right time of the year!
To make things easier, we go off the warmer/colder seasons as the weather is not guaranteed.
We suggest that in the colder months indoor parties are most encouraged as we cannot guarantee the weather, where as, in the warmer months we LOVE outdoor parties and this is when the weather will be best guaranteed! Our weather and cancellation policy can be viewed here.
Of course we do ask that if you are planning to host your party in an outdoor setting, we do ask that incase of a weather change or a last minute change, you have a backup undercover/indoor setting in mind.
We do always like indoor spaces, as it is more reliable incase of a weather change.
Adored paint parties takes no responsibility or liability for miscommunication between staff and businesses in regard to payment preferences.
We do suggest that you confirm this prior to the party. There are options for participants to pay on the day or if you are not required to pay the business has covered the cost and should let you know. Do you have a larger event that you would like to host a paint party for? A Christmas party? A team meeting?
Adored paint parties can do larger events upon request and enquiring.
However, all that we ask is that you let us know before 8 weeks, to cater the proper products for your event, also the bookings will be subject to availability.
Adored Paint parties will not organise any larger parties under 8 weeks, as we have to ensure we can organise the products in time to cater for the event.
Therefore the earlier you enquire the more likely we are able to cater resources for your event!
